Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Touch-N-Go Auto Spa & Detailing. We’re committed to providing every client with a premium, reliable experience. Please review the following booking and cancellation policies before confirming your appointment. Appointments & Deposits Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our social platforms. Some services — such as full details or ceramic coatings — may require a deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits are applied to your total and help us reserve time exclusively for your vehicle. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a 20–30% fee or forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) will result in a 100% service charge or full loss of deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals & Access Our team operates on a tight schedule to serve every client on time. If we arrive and are unable to access your vehicle (gated area, locked garage, or no response) after 15 minutes, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and applicable fees may apply. Weather Policy As a mobile detailing service, we occasionally reschedule due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions. If weather prevents service, we’ll contact you promptly to reschedule at no cost. Waitlist & Availability If your desired time is unavailable, we can add you to our waitlist. When a slot opens, we’ll contact clients in the order requests were received. Please confirm promptly to secure your spot. Satisfaction & Quality We take pride in every service we perform. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address any concerns. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
