By booking a service, visiting our website, or using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or paying for any service.

1. Services Provided

Touch-N-Go Auto Spa & Detailing offers professional mobile detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related automotive care services.
All services are performed with the highest standard of care using professional-grade products and techniques.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A valid name, address, and contact number are required at the time of booking.
Please ensure access to your vehicle is available and there is adequate space and water/electricity (if needed).
We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change — if you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (typically 20–30% of the booked service).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit or full charge.

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved payment methods through our secure Wix or payment partners.
Deposits may be required for select services (e.g., ceramic coatings or full details).

Late or failed payments may result in additional fees or collection efforts.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the appointment.
Disclose any existing damage, leaks, or defects.
Ensure we have access to a suitable workspace and safe environment.

We are not responsible for lost items left inside vehicles.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability

We take pride in providing premium quality results.
If you’re unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve your concern.

However, Touch-N-Go Auto Spa & Detailing:

Is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, stains, or wear that cannot be corrected through detailing.
Is not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues that arise during or after service unrelated to our work.
Uses the safest products available but cannot guarantee permanent results on aged, oxidized, or heavily damaged finishes.

7. Weather Policy

For mobile detailing, certain services (paint correction, ceramic coating) require specific conditions.
If weather prevents proper completion, we will contact you to reschedule at no cost.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
All promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Damage or Claims

Any claims for damage or dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before offering resolution.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
The revised version will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
